Giving

Salisbury Cathedral

Yearly subscription or single payment for Life Membership (rates); please

complete and return an application form.

Send us a donation - if you cannot at this time commit to a yearly

subscription, but would like to make a donation, you will still be supporting

us in our work – please send your payment by personal cheque, CAF

cheque or credit card payment or of course cash! Please make cheques

payable to ‘The Friends of Salisbury Cathedral’.

Make a gift donation in memory of someone or something special – we will

record this in our Annual Report, Spire.

Sponsor a chair through our Chair Project – a plaque will have the

wording of your choice and your sponsorship recorded in the Cathedral’s .

archives. Most sponsors commemorate someone or something special.

Make a gift in your will – you may wish to include the Friends of Salisbury

Cathedral among your charitable bequests. Legacies are an important and

valuable boost to the funds we can make available to the Cathedral, and

are often free from Inheritance Tax – see your Solicitor or contact the

office for advice.

If you are a UK taxpayer, signing a Gift Aid declaration means we can reclaim tax from the Inland Revenue and increase your donation.
